Join us for a transformative day filled with learning, networking, and growth. Our retreat is designed to provide the space you need to step back from the day-to-day to reflect on your big vision and make a plan to begin taking steps in that direction immediately. Together we'll outline our targets while identifying any obstacles or challenges we may face in order to collaborate on solutions before they slow us down.

  • Arrival: 9:00 am

  • Opening Session: Always Measure Backward - Looking back in order to move forward

  • Workshops: Dream Big - What would you like your life to be like in 10 years? 

  • Lunch: 12:00 - 2:00 pm

  • Afternoon Session: Identifying Issues & Removing Obstacles - Collaborative Problem Solving to maintain momentum

  • Closing: Your next 90 days

Additional Information:

  • Accommodations: Participants are responsible for booking their own lodging. Here are some nearby recommendations:

  • Travel Information: All transportation (airfare, car rentals, etc) must be arranged by participants. Depending on where you stay, you can walk to the meeting venue.

  • Additional group activities: We will organize a group happy hour on Thursday, dinner on Friday, and breakfast on Saturday (participants are responsible for costs of these extra activities). You are encouraged to participate in any/all of these gatherings, as they are valuable time to form connections and continue the learning process!

If you don’t know where you’re going, you can’t make decisions on where to turn. (Imagine driving a car, not having a destination, and making turns randomly ).
