How do we attract new inquiries that are in alignment with our areas of expertise and the destinations and trip types that bring us so much joy? How do we continue to expand our skills and develop our knowledge and expertise in new destinations and trip types?
Setting targets and creating a plan is essential to reaching your goals, but first, it’s important to evaluate where you are in your business right now. Once you’ve evaluated your business, you have a clear picture of where you are. It’s then time to envision where you want to be. With an intentional plan of action, the next step is to execute.
Every “no” leaves the door open for a “hell yes” to walk through.
But how do you know, with certainty, which opportunities to politely decline?
Once you’ve identified your areas of expertise and where you want your business to grow, use our signature formula, The Alignment Matrix, to evaluate each new inquiry and decide which inquiries are a “hell yes” and which ones are a “no thank you”.
Our Alignment Matrix will take the emotion out of the equation and show you clearly whether each inquiry is a good fit for where you want your business to be.
Saying no with intention is just as important as saying yes with intention.

Please Note: Align & Focus are two courses that are very similar, but that have some key differences for new advisors vs experienced advisors.
New advisors - we strongly recommend that you start with Align and continue on with Design, Optimize, and Market coursework before signing up for Focus. When you do sign up for Focus, you will find that there is an approximately 50% overlap in content with Align. We feel very strongly that this material is extremely valuable both as a new advisor and as an experienced advisor, and when going through it approximately 12-24 months apart, it will hit differently as you are a constantly evolving entrepreneur.
While it does include an overlap in content, we encourage you to join Focus when the time is right (at least 12-18 months after you’ve completed Align) because inside this community, we host live events twice per year to support your growth and development. This is where you can collaborate and learn from colleagues and join our FREE live events.
